Welcome to Our Church Family

Clarkson

The joy keeps coming in heaven at Clarkson Seventh-day Adventist Church. On Sabbath 13 May 2023 the congregation witnessed four more happy souls baptised.

Senior Elder Desiree Geldart and Elder Henry Anyona conducted Bible studies with the candidates over the past 12 months.

Shireen Khan, Carin Green, Ian Green and Chantelle Debruyn publicly declared their faith in the Lord Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection as they entered the water of the font to be baptised. Officiating the baptisms were Pr Geoffrey Plewright and Elder Roland Green.

Shireen, Carin, Chantelle and Ian were lovingly accepted into Clarkson Church family.

Livingston

10 June 2023 was a day of joy and celebration at Livingston Seventh-day Adventist Church. Together as a church, we celebrated the baptism of Bryan Gathogo. In the program, Bryan shared his faith in Jesus and how Jesus has changed his life immensely. He shared that before he knew Jesus, he was uncertain about the future and his purpose. But, after knowing Jesus, he’s found certainty, calmness, hope, and faith. Bryan also shared Ephesians 2:8, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God.”

North Perth

3 June 2023 was a day of rejoicing for North Perth Seventh-day Adventist Church with the baptism of one of our young people, Alannah Jones. Alannah had been journeying with Jess Bower in her relationship with Jesus over the past couple of years and as much a moment of rejoicing the baptism was, it was brilliant to have Jess being able to join Alannah in the font for her baptism. It’s beautiful to see the priesthood of all believers from 1 Peter 2:9 being displayed so perfectly with Jess discipling and sharing Jesus with Alannah through to baptism.
